Completion of shareholder bookbuild

TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX: TLL) has been notified by shareholders Bowker Holdings 99 Limited and Kern Group (Logistics) Pty Limited that the sale of part of their shareholdings through a bookbuild is now complete.

3,468,900 shares in TLL, representing approximately 4.20% of all TLL ordinary shares, were sold through the bookbuild to a number of investors. Shares were sold at $1.50, the same price as the reverse listing in December 2017 and a 9.64% discount to the closing share price of $1.66 per share on Friday 5 October 2018, prior to the trading halt.

Bowker Holdings and Kern Group retain significant shareholdings in TLL of 78.38% and 5.54% respectively.
